"PBYS has 2 out of 6 Teams Reach Finals at Recent Tournament
The Fall Challenge tournament in Viera was represented by the following
competition teams from PBYS: U9G, U10G, U11G, U9B, U11B, and U13 B. Many of
the teams that entered did so for the experience and challenge. However,
Bill Brennan's U13Boys and Marcel's U10Girls teams made it to the finals on Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, the U13B lost but posted an overall 2-1-1 record against some State Cup opposition. The U10G lost to Space Coast earlier,
then revenged the defeat with a 2-1 hard-fought victory in the final against
the same opposition. They finished up with a 3-1 record. Congratulation to
all of the PBYS team for their endeavors. They represented our club
admirably on and off the field."
