PBYS SERVES THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF PALM BAY AND WEST MELBOURNE. ONSITE REGISTRATIONS ARE POSTED ON MAIN PAGE OF THIS SITE. YOU CAN REGISTER ONLINE OR IN PERSON AT CONCESSION STAND ON SPECIFIED DATES. YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO REGISTER FOR THE RECREATIONAL, DEVELOPMENTAL, OR COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS WITHIN PALM BAY YOUTH SOCCER.

RECREATIONAL PLAYERS

1. Club Form - Signed by Parent or Guardian

2. Registration FEE - PAYPAL (via the PBYS website), check, money order, or cash

3. Waive Volunteering Fee ($25.00 - to waive the 4 hr volunteer requirement.

4. Copy of Birth Certificate, or Passport (When Applicable)

COMPETITIVE PLAYERS -

1. Club Form - Signed by Parent or Guardian

2. Registration FEE - plus misc fees

(Includes Jersey, Shorts, Socks and Trophy)

Competitive Program (U9+) *must attend tryouts

($450 - Includes Spring Season), 2 sets of Uniforms

PAYMENT IN FULL

Please make checks or money orders out to "PBYS". Fees may be paid via PAYPAL. To facilitate a successful registration and getting your player on a team, please have ALL required documents submitted at once with the required fee. PARTIAL PAYMENT

Parents of Comp. players can feel free to pay the full amount or utilize the payment plan option outlined below:

85.00 due upon acceptance to competitive team or no later than June 13th
90.00 July 1, 2009
95.00 August 1, 2009
90.00 November 1, 2009
90.00 February 1, 2010

No payments are to be given to coaches, trainers, or board members.
All payments must be paid via pay pal or check made payable to PBYS and mailed to PO Box 111358, Palm Bay
